The program is designed to address the lack of youth in our communities and schools interested in the sciences. The program will mentor youth in the engagement, and hands-on opportunity to explore and experience solving
problems for themselves. The program will be focused on middle school youth. The program will hopefully make science fun again. There will be class room exercises, creation of robots and competition for all program
youth. Robotics kits will be acquired, assembled, tested and taken to team competitions.
The ARTS program is designed to aid in the purchase of equipment used to support bands and art/painting classes for
which the school districts are no longer funding.
